Senior AI AI Engineer - Job Description 

We’re looking for a bold, collaborative full-stack engineer who doesn’t just use AI as a productivity tool, but as the foundation of an entirely new way to build software. You’ll be embedded directly with one of our business units, partnering shoulder-to-shoulder with business leaders to transform customer insight into user-friendly tech products at a pace that frankly shouldn’t be possible. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to enhance an existing playbook. It’s for someone who wants to tear it up and write a new one.

The pace of change in software right now is genuinely historic. AI isn’t just reshaping what products can do. It’s reshaping how quickly a small, focused team can build them. What you’ll do

• Build your own engineering team, out of AI agents. Forget the traditional model of a 10-person squad moving in sprints. You’ll architect and command an autonomous fleet of AI agents to handle everything from code review to QA to documentation, scaling your output in ways a conventional team simply can’t match.
• Partner directly with business leaders to move at record pace. You’ll sit across from business owners, not Jira tickets. You’ll go from customer insight to whiteboard to working prototype in days, sometimes hours. That requires genuine communication, sharp instincts, and the trust that comes from being an exceptional collaborator.
• Own the full mission, start to finish. Prototype, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end: front-end through back-end, from first idea through QA to deployment.
• Reshape the engineering cycle itself. Embed AI into daily workflows, code review, documentation, and debugging so the whole organization learns alongside you. Be the proof point that a new model works, then help everyone else catch up.
• Be a practitioner and an advocate. Share what’s working, build internal playbooks, and raise the ceiling on what our team believes is possible. You’re not just building products, you’re building a new belief system about how software gets made.

What we’re looking for

• 4-7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong full-stack fundamentals across front-end and back-end
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping with AI coding assistants, not just awareness of them. You’ve gone further than Copilot autocomplete. You’ve orchestrated agents. You’ve built systems that build systems.
• Exceptional collaboration skills. You communicate with business leaders as naturally as you do with engineers. You translate ambiguity into action and take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
• Product instincts. You notice when things feel off and you do something about it. You build for real users, not for the ticket.
• A dreamer’s ambition and an operator’s urgency. You think in moonshots and ship in weeks. You’re not waiting for permission to try something that’s never been done before.
