Your Key Responsibilities

• AI Solution Architecture & Development: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of robust AI-powered applications and services utilizing Python, FastAPI/Flask, and Google VertexAI.
• Advanced AI Model Management: Expertly integrate and fine-tune large language models, with a specific focus on the Gemini Model, for a diverse range of NLP tasks and generative AI applications.
• Conversational & Agentic AI Systems: Architect and enhance sophisticated conversational AI agents, and implement cutting-edge Agentic AI patterns and orchestrate complex AI workflows using frameworks like ADK and LangGraph.
• System Integration & Infrastructure: Design and implement seamless API integrations with various internal and external systems. Lead the deployment and management of AI solutions on cloud platforms like GCP (CloudRun/GKE, BigQuery, CloudSQL) and Openshift.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Champion the adherence to and implementation of clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for AI solutions, and oversee the deployment and monitoring of models in production environments using CI/CD and AgentOps best practices.
• Strategic Growth & Collaboration: Proactively stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and propose innovative solutions. Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality AI products.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Drive the vision for the team and help in scaling up team capabilities.

Your Skills and Experience

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Professional Expertise: 8-10+ years of technology experience with a proven track record in an AI/ML development role, demonstrating the successful application of skills to solve complex, real-world problems.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (including scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy), Java, and Shell Scripting.
  • Web Frameworks: Extensive experience with FastAPI or Flask for building scalable APIs.
  • AI/ML Platforms: Hands-on expertise with Google VertexAI, and demonstrated experience with LLMs, particularly the Gemini Model.
  • Conversational AI: Proficiency in developing and optimizing conversational AI solutions.
  • Agentic AI & Orchestration: Solid understanding of Agentic AI principles and frameworks like ADK and LangGraph.
  • Database: Strong experience in writing medium to complex SQL queries.
• Cloud & DevOps:
  • Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with GCP services (CloudRun/GKE, BigQuery, CloudSQL) and exposure to Openshift.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Github Actions, Teamcity), Sonar, JIRA, and a strong understanding of DevOps and AgentOps practices.
• Leadership & Soft Skills:
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: A strong team player with the ability to work in virtual teams and matrixed organizations.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
  • Mentorship: Ability to share information, transfer knowledge, and mentor team members.
