Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with the AI Engineering Lead, engagement leaders, and client stakeholders to design and implement AI-driven solutions that deliver quantifiable business value for clients.
Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML applications, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and generative AI use cases.
Build proofs-of-concept (PoCs) and help transition successful initiatives into production-ready, enterprise-grade solutions.
Implement and optimize data pipelines, model training workflows, and deployment strategies under the technical direction of the AI Engineering Lead.
Take hands-on technical responsibility for assigned client AI projects from build through deployment.
Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, recommending new approaches to enhance client delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions.
Strong proficiency with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and AI development toolkits (e.g., LangChain, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI API integrations, etc.).
Hands-on experience deploying solutions on Azure OpenAI or similar AI platforms.
Proficiency in Python or equivalent coding languages and experience with key data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
Experience deploying AI models in cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
Ability to deliver technical solutions that address business challenges.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and hands-on project execution skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
Comfort working directly with clients in a consulting delivery setting, including participating in working sessions, scoping conversations, and stakeholder communications.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the broader Microsoft technology ecosystem (e.g., Azure services, Power Platform).
Experience in consulting, professional services, or client-facing solution development environments.
Practical knowledge of MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI application development.
Understanding of ethical AI practices, responsible AI development, and data privacy standards.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $278,600 - $320,400. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
