We’re looking for an individual to tackle the role of Sr Advisor Utilization. In this role, you are accountable for the safe and reliable operations of Gas Distribution Systems (GDS) assets downstream of the meter shut-off valve (Meter Set), within the designated area, ensuring full compliance with all customer asset regulations.

What you will do:
Accountable for meeting targeted service levels for company and customer generated work.
Ensure quality targets are safely achieved for all utilization services work activities.
Mentor, coach and guide a group of front-line 2nd party contractor employees.
As necessary, work with external partners (MOE, MOL, TSSA, Engineering Firms, Consultants, Developers, other Utilities, Municipalities, First-Responders, etc.). to develop, foster, and maintain critical external relationships and resolve field issues.
Lakeside fitter action, including Infraction Tags and monitoring of emergency response compliance.
Support and ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures and is responsible for the resolution of all Ombudsman/Voice of the Customer service issues.
Special projects as assigned (integration, AWS, EGI Sync, process improvement, etc.).
Supervisor duties (for coverage or for areas that do not currently have a supervisor).
Who you are:
Related University degree and six-years’ experience OR eight-plus years of field operations experience OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
A G1/G2 Gas ticket will be regarded as a significant asset.
Experience with enterprise systems including Maximo, Power BI, Microsoft Suite.
Ability to effectively interact with peers, internal stakeholders, upper-level management, vendors, and service providers.
Effective two-way communication capability includes excellent oral and written skills.
Well-developed problem solving, decision-making, organization and planning skills.
A valid Ontario Class G driver’s license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required.
Working Conditions:
Office and field environments.
Travel is approximately 20-40% in local geographic area to other Enbridge offices and field responses; clean drivers’ abstract required.

Salary Range is $92,000-$110,000/yr CAD
Salary will be based on candidate’s experience and education.
