Senior Advisor, HR Data and Analytics

What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Senior Advisor, HR Data and Analytics, you will be at the core of our mission. Key responsibilities include:
· Ensuring the maintenance, proper functioning and continuous evolution of the employee data warehouse, while ensuring data reliability, consistency, performance and availability, as well as users’ understanding of the data.
· Structuring, maintaining and evolving usable, scalable HR data suited to both current needs and future analytics and artificial intelligence use cases, including resolving data quality and performance issues.
· Designing, developing, maintaining and evolving dashboards, reports, indicators and other analytical deliverables using Power BI, in support of HR operations, management, governance and accountability.
· Translating business needs into concrete, understandable and useful analytical solutions, while improving user experience, readability and the relevance of delivered analytical products.
· Contributing to the implementation, improvement and application of HR data governance practices, including the standardization of definitions, indicators, calculation rules and reference frameworks.
· Ensuring the quality, integrity, consistency, traceability and responsible use of HR data, as well as the documentation of sources, transformations, business rules and structural decisions.
· Acting as a trusted partner to the Talent and Culture teams, Information Technology, analytics teams and HR Technology Solutions teams, providing advisory support in translating business needs into data solutions.
· Supporting users and stakeholders in interpreting data, indicators and insights, while contributing to the advancement of analytical practices, data structuring and the valorization of the team’s analytical assets.
· Collaborating on the evolution of data foundations to support augmented analytics, automation and emerging AI use cases in HR, applying responsible AI principles (privacy, explainability, bias, auditability and appropriate use).
What could accelerate your success in this role We’re looking for someone who:
• Is recognized for their ability to structure, analyze and govern reliable, actionable data, and for their strong command of descriptive analytics and data environments that support decision‑making.
• Stands out for their technical expertise, particularly in Snowflake, SQL, relational databases and Power BI, and for their ability to design concrete analytical solutions addressing complex business needs.
• Demonstrates strong analytical, synthesis and problem‑solving skills, combined with rigor, autonomy, strong organizational abilities and a constant focus on quality and professional judgment.
• Is recognized for communication, collaboration and advisory skills, comfort operating in matrixed and transforming environments, and the ability to translate business needs into relevant datasets, indicators and analytical deliverables.
• Has several years of significant experience in data‑related roles, business intelligence, analytics or data governance, in contexts where data supports business, management or governance decisions, as well as a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business administration, analytics, information
systems, human resources, actuarial science, statistics or a related discipline).
Has an intermediate level of French proficiency, as the role requires reading and understanding technical documentation, written communication and occasional oral communication, as well as collaboration with internal partners and French‑speaking technology teams on an occasional to regular basis.
Assets
• Recognized experience in Information Technology, business analysis, advisory roles or project management.
• Distinctive knowledge of workforce planning.
• Relevant experience with HR data and/or financial data.
• Exposure to augmented analytics, automation or data preparation for artificial intelligence use cases.
• Good understanding of responsible AI principles applied to sensitive data.

The typical hiring range for this position is between $96,861 to $139,208 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
