Job Description
Reporting to the Project Health & Safety Manager, you will operate as the site H&S lead, working a 10:4 roster and providing safety leadership across the project. You will work autonomously to implement the AIMS WHS management system, support incident prevention, coach project teams, and ensure compliance across all operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being embedded on site, partnering closely with construction teams, and influencing safe behaviours at all levels.
