Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport, you are motivated by connecting people to purpose and translating donor interest into meaningful support. To be successful, you will demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated experience in philanthropy, fundraising and/or donor engagement, ideally within a tertiary or large, complex organisation.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with donors and stakeholders by phone, email and in person.

  • Proven ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and contribute positively within a collaborative, high performing team.

  • Well-developed administrative capability, including preparing reports and proposals and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
