This position is for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect. They are intended to report to the Director of Salesforce Architecture. In addition to designing and delivering business world-class solutions on our Salesforce platform, this candidate will also assist the analyst and developer teams on conveying high level design continuity throughout the application. They may act as a scrum leader for the team to coordinate development. They will assist the Director in documenting solution architecture and ensuing that cutting edge Salesforce solutions are employed to satisfy business requirements. This candidate may also act as a representative of the Director on occasion to interface with executive and business stakeholder meetings.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
This applicant will work as a functional team member of the Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) to design and build business solutions.
They will collaborate with the team and the business stakeholders to deliver new functionality to the platform. Often engaging as scrum leader.
This role independently will be communicating, designing, and interacting with the business and the COE directly each day.
Attending daily team calls and design sessions, clearly communicate and discuss business processes.
Lead the team and prioritize development and interact with Exec stakeholders.
Often engage to troubleshoot and remedy escalated support issues.
Document business process and architectural design.
Should be at a master level of gathering requirements and applying cutting edge ideas and bring art of the possible to the business.
Strong understanding of the Force platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
Should be very gifted in research and creative in proposed ideas
Experience in force.com Sales, Service, and Experience cloud solution design development.
Able to work with business units directly to gather requirements and offer design recommendations for solutions.
Will be required to lead teams, design, develop and often build the solutions.
Documentation skills are also a very big plus.

Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes

The targeted pay range for this role is $150,000-$160,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual performance bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that may include, but are not limited to skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
