Senior Adobe Campaign Specialist

As an Adobe Campaign Specialist, you’ll empower clients to deliver personalised, data-driven journeys through world-class marketing automation. You’ll architect, implement, and optimise campaigns across Adobe Campaign and helping shape AKQA’s reputation for beautifully executed digital solutions.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, and developers to translate marketing requirements into robust, scalable technical implementations. You’ll champion best-practice use of marketing cloud technologies, enable performance-focused solutions, and contribute to the craft, quality, and reliability of every deliverable.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Implement marketing automation campaigns within Adobe Campaign and complementary marketing platforms.
  • Configure platform integrations, data workflows, and solution design across Classic and Standard environments.
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
  • Drive innovative use of marketing technology capabilities to meet evolving client goals.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to campaign execution, data, and platform configuration.
  • Contribute to best practices around performance, scalability, and deployment methodologies.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet time, performance, and quality standards.
  • Produce accurate development estimates and manage delivery expectations.
  • Advocate for marketing cloud excellence through documentation, training, thought leadership, and internal enablement.

 

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • Up to 2+ years proven experience with Adobe Campaign is essential.
  • Highly desirable if you've had exposure to Braze, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Dynamics 365 Marketing, or MoEngage.
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and delivery-focused with an eye for beautifully executed digital solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of data management and relational database principles.
  • Ability to translate complex marketing requirements into technical implementations.
  • Proficiency in campaign development environments across Adobe Campaign or similar platforms.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging marketing technologies.
