What you’ll do
As the Senior Administrative Assistant to the Vice President, GPPM, you will be a trusted partner ensuring the VP’s time and attention are focused on the highest-impact priorities across the global portfolio, and that the GPPM BioPharma and broader GPPM organization are well managed and supported. You will be central to orchestrating our team — while also building relationships across R&D and Commercial. You support will primarily focus on GPPM BioPharma, but you will also be an important part of the GPPM admin team and help us plan and execute events and activities across the organization.

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $31.75/hr to $47.62/hr. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
