Motorola Solutions Finance Operations Center (F.O.C.) provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa, US and Latin America region. Job Description

Global Accounts Payable Payments

• Review and process recurring payment runs

• ​Conduct necessary actions in order to process the payment

• Assist with issues related to the payment process

• Assist with the ongoing development of AP processes

• Implement and conduct necessary actions needed to setup the payment process for aquired companies

• Adjust payment process in accordance to local requlations

• Implement new payment methods

Basic Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant accounts payable accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field would be an asset

• Excellent English skills

• Experience with Oracle system

• Experience in solving issues with banks and IT errors related

• Great attention to details and an attitude towards success

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Professional and proactive approach to work 

• Strong analytical and organizational skills 

• Proficient Microsoft Office/Google sheet skills
