Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • The Senior Accounts Payable, SAP Analyst will support QVC.
  • Reporting to the Director Accounting, you will play a key role as an Accounts Payable Analyst, leveraging your expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems—preferably SAP—to manage vendor master data and oversee A/P transactional processes from start to finish. You will ensure service level agreements and key performance indicators are met, applying strong analytical skills and sound business judgment to drive effective decision-making and maintain operational excellence.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ. DE, PA. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Be the subject matter expert by leading. data analysis and vendor reconciliations within the Accounts Payable Department.
  • Perform a variety of research activities and support multiple functions to develop and support strategic initiatives.
  • Use your working knowledge of multiple A/P systems and SOPs to manage task, provide creative solutions and implement projects.
  • Own the creation of standard work processes, user procedures, guidelines, and documentation with management's approval·
  • Support internal audit and SOX requests by performing associated/assigned tasks·
  • Lead the review of Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are met each month and quarter.
  • Help develop improved dashboards for direct, indirect and vendor master data.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance or related field, or 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field.
  • 3+ years experience using analytical and research skills with an ability to identify problems and systematically gather data, identify root causes, and address data integrity issues.
  • 3+ years experience using Microsoft Office Suite (ie · Excel) is required.
  • 3+ years of experience with large data set analysis in MS excel (can perform complex functions) or similar software.
