What You'll Be Doing
Develop and maintain internal KPI reporting to support business performance analysis.
Post daily bank deposits and perform cash application duties accurately and efficiently.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting processes and standards.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline financial operations.
What Are We Looking For
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Capability to adapt to evolving systems and processes in a dynamic environment.
Work Environment
This position is hybrid, with in-office work Monday through Wednesday and remote work Thursday and Friday.
