Role Responsibilities
Ensure the timely completion of all accounting close responsibilities, including recurring and ad-hoc close activities.
Maintain an accurate, organized database of financial and operational records.
Analyze complex transactions and contracts for determining accounting reserves, capitalizing assets, and recognizing expenses in accordance with policy and accounting standards.
Prepare journal entries and other month end close related reports
Complete account reconciliations, roll-forwards, and timely clearing of reconciling items.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Support any accounting projects, including system implementations, new product launches, and changes related to accounting standards, when necessary
Support internal and external audits, including financial, operational, and control reviews.
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
4–6+ years of progressive financial accounting experience.
Proficiency with Oracle or similar ERP systems (preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex transaction analysis and identify exceptions
High attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills
Performs well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
Work Shift

Salary
Annual base salary range is $80,000-$90,000 USD per year. Total on-target compensation includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
