Ferring+You

∙Ensuring compliance with financial transaction recording standards (e.g., general ledger, cash payments/collections, tax transactions, etc.)

∙Control/reconciliation of accounts and records (balance sheet, P&L, bank accounts, etc.)

 ∙Accounting reports/schedules for internal audiences (management reporting) and/or for external audiences (compliance reporting) including consolidation of financial statements, cash flow reporting, budget reporting, etc.)

∙Cost accounting/budgeting (allocation of direct/indirect costs, variance analysis, budget preparation, etc.)

∙Liaise/coordinate with external audit

Your day at Ferring

Responsibilities typically include:

∙ Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager.

∙ Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals.

∙ Problems faced are difficult and often complex.

Genpact Process Stability and control activity (P2P, A2R, O2C..)

Improve relationship and delivery quality with Genpact.

Ensure F&A BPO satisfaction KPI

Accounts Payable:

- Document Management

- Process invoices

- Process payments

- Manage discrepancies

- Handle vendor queries

- Create and update supplier master data

- Process month end and reporting

Manage expenses:

- Handle expense claims

- Perform quality check

- Process expenses reimbursement

- Manage queries

Period end closing and reporting:

- Process current period transactions

- Generate and process Journal Entries

- Close and open, reconcile Sub-ledgers

- Update balances

- Adjust GL for period close and close GL period

- Generate financial reports

- Maintain G/L master data

- Manage allocations

- Intercompany reconciliations

- Cash management

- Perform Purchase Order (Coupa) Accruals.

Blackline (BL) implementation + task completion

Timely certification of monthly/year-end financial activities

Executing and documenting finance and accounting tasks.

Transform Manual checklists with automatic workflows

Review all the Blackline tasks to ensure all task list is actively monitored and completed within the Blackline.

Review all Blackline tasks and ensure that all tasks are appropriately assigned and monitor tasks completion

Manual Journal Entries (MJE) – Reviewed and approved by authorized personnel

Reporting

-Supervises and coordinates the maintenance of general ledger, and financial statement, including preparing journal entries, accounts analysis, and reconciliation and closing books monthly.

-Supervises the daily financial and accounting activities, including data input, bank deposits and accounting of receipts and disbursements.

-Prepare reports on accounting payables and receivables and fixed assets statement

- Checking the accounts payable duties by the accountants in terms of invoice booking and payments

  • Preferred degree of Accounting or Finance.

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar position

  • Knowledge of standard accounting practices and controls.

  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.

  • Analytical thinking, accuracy and attention to details.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.‎

  • Excellent computer skills; minimum intermediate level in Excel.

  • Excellent command of English Language (oral and in writing).
