Responsibilities:
Assist managing the monthly and quarterly financial close activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, including but not limited to cash (bank reconciliations), fixed assets and intangibles, prepaid expense and accruals.
Develop financial analysis (income statements, cash flow analysis) for management.
Assist in monthly flux analysis for multiple markets to deliver key insights to the team and key stakeholders for assigned markets.
Maintain and enhance documentation and detailed supports for internal control and SOX compliance financial processes.
Assist in preparation and review of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K), including financial statements and footnote disclosures and MD&A.
Support the quarterly review and year-end financial audit.
Coordinate cross-functionally with FP&A and other departments to gather necessary information to include in financial reporting.
Collaborate on special projects to continuously improve processes and create efficiencies in financial reporting.
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in public accounting or corporate Finance/Accounting.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
CPA and SEC experience is preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
Detail oriented and strong ownership mindset.
Ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and writing ability.
Experience with Workiva and Workday is a plus.
