To support our growing team and in light of the increasing complexity of our business activities, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to strengthen our accounting department.
• Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards
• Group consolidation
• Responsibility for the budgeting and forecasting process
• Preparation and analysis of internal and external financial reports
• Monitoring the performance and costs of portfolios/funds
• Supporting portfolio management with financial analysis
• Coordination of tax filings with external partners
• Involvement in projects and implementation of new processes & tools
• Acting as deputy to the Finance Accountant and supporting the CFO
• Preparation and support of audits
• Completed education in accounting/finance or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in accounting, ideally in asset management or the fund industry
• Strong knowledge of statutory financial reporting under OR
• Experience with regulatory requirements (FINMA)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency with ERP and accounting systems (Abacus is a plus)
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Solution-oriented, precise, and structured working style with a high level of ownership and autonomy
• Team player who thrives in a young, international environment and enjoys actively shaping processes
• Residence in Switzerland and a valid work permit
