Account management: owns full technical sales cycle. Lead design-in activities. Collaborate with R&D on customer product requirements. Develop detail account plans and customer engagement strategy, stay closely on top of key design projects, achieve DIN/DWIN goals, resolve any critical issues or road blocks. Organize executive and business meetings to build strong customer relationships and align customer roadmaps and address any support needs, manage forecast and backlog related business planning. (25%)
Account maintenance: maintain detail account plans, update once a quarter customer roadmap, org-chart, contacts, challenges, long-term revenue projection and competitor status. (25%)
Manage communication: Communicate customer expectation and requirements to internal marketing and engineering team. Collecting feedback from internal stakeholders and communicate set accurate customer expectations. (15%)
Team alignment: Provide weekly comprehensive customer status report and set up weekly call to close every open issue. Helping the organization to develop new business models and products based on customer needs and requirements. (10%)
Project management: Work as a driver, deal critical issue escalation and close-loop tactical execution. Identify impacts, critical path and challenges, could take full use of resources and lead to win. (15%)
Business operation: Working closely with operations to ensure quality and profitability in delivery by securing contract fulfillment, including the delivery of services, is the sponsor of customer projects. (5%)
Customer relationship setup: Building relationships with working level and senior customer executives to achieve "trusted partner" status and address the entire business needs of the customer. (5%)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in EE required. Advanced course work in strategic selling and account management is preferred.
10 -15 years working experience in semiconductor products promotion, experience of signal integrity products preferred
In-depth technical and application knowledge in optical module industry especially for Datacom & Telecommunication applications industry
Proven sales performance, ability to achieve DIN and DWIN in competitive market and considerable business operation experience
Excellent logical thinking and comprehension skills
Willing to take challenging assignments and capable of ability to work well under pressure
