A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Account Manager – New Developments (QLD), reporting to the Account Director, where you will join the New Developments QLD/WASANT team.

A bit about your role

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of key developer accounts while driving new business growth across QLD. This role is pivotal in delivering on our Developer Contracts Signed (DCS) targets and ensuring the successful delivery of customer-focused solutions. Important to this role is the ability to effectively engage, develop, manage and grow relationships within the property industry (top developers, consultants, councils and industry bodies) in Queensland. 

The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of developer accounts aligned with business priorities, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leading complex deal-making through value-based selling, driving first-time connections across strategic portfolios, and representing nbn at industry events and forums.”

A bit about you

If this sounds like the role for you, you’ll likely have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in sales or account management and a proven track record of success. You bring a broad understanding of the commercial telecommunications and IT infrastructure industry, as well as market insights that enable you to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement. Your highly developed business acumen and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships set you apart, and you thrive on proactively generating sales pipeline opportunities while driving engagement and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders. With a strong outcome-focused and action-oriented mindset, you are experienced in value-based selling and strategic account planning, ensuring that every interaction delivers measurable results.
