POSITION TITLE: Senior Account Manager, Client Initiatives Program

COLLABORATES WITH: SVP Localization, Global Account Lead, Operational Leads, Business Excellence, and cross-functional teams
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Position Overview
This role is dedicated to supporting Deluxe’s AmazonMGM account through the leadership and execution of special initiatives that support the core localization workflows. These initiatives are essential to the smooth running, evolution, and operational maturity of the account. The Senior Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for these programs, managing escalations, driving reporting and data initiatives, coordinating multi-team operational projects, presenting progress to the client, and ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for special initiatives with AmazonMGM
• Present initiative updates, risks, and progress to client stakeholders
• Influence client decision-making toward mutually beneficial outcomes
• Attend client meetings and events as required
• Manage inbound escalation tickets and partner with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and clearly
• Collaborate with Business Excellence on reporting, dashboards, metrics, and data-driven insights
• Document and track initiative progress
• Lead multi-team special projects across Operations, Localization, Dubbing, Subtitling, Fulfillment, and Technology
• Develop project plans, timelines, communication updates, and risk mitigation strategies
• Identify workflow gaps and support process improvement initiatives in partnership with operational leads
• Ensure initiatives maintain momentum and cross-team alignment
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in localization within a studio, streaming, or high-volume operational environment
• Strong project and program management skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive clarity in ambiguous scenarios
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Strong data literacy and comfort with dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI interpretation
• Ability to influence without authority
• Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, Teams, and operational reporting tools
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Familiarity with Deluxe structures, teams, workflows, or terminology
• Familiarity with Amazon Studios’ operational norms or experience supporting Amazon as a client
• Experience in Senior Account Management, Program Management, or Client Services leadership
• Exposure to process improvement, PMO frameworks, or Business Excellence
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau
Scope and Autonomy:
Executes initiatives in partnership with the AmazonMGM Client Lead, SVP Localization, and Global Account Lead. Serves as the client-facing representative for special initiatives. Does not own strategic direction of the overall account. No budget or resource ownership. Operates with autonomy in day-to-day initiative execution.

This role is based in Burbank, CA and the base pay range for this role is $88,000.00 - $110,000.00 annually. Actual amounts will vary depending on education, skills, experience, and geographic location. Standard PST hours. Occasional travel to client offices or events required.
