About tvScientific

We are the first CTV advertising platform purpose-built for performance marketers. For game developers and publishers, we bridge the gap between massive TV reach and granular User Acquisition (UA) metrics. Built by ad-tech veterans, our platform combines media buying, optimization, and MMP attribution to help gaming brands automate CTV campaigns, drive app installs, and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Join the tvScientific team as a Senior Account Executive on our CPA team, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving new business and revenue growth. In this position, you will focus on building and closing high-value client relationships within the cost-per-acquisition (CPA) space, utilizing your deep experience in the affiliate and performance marketing sectors.

You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients, while also developing strategic relationships and positioning tvScientific’s cutting-edge platform as a top solution to meet client needs. Success in this role means consistently exceeding sales quotas, driving market expansion, and contributing significantly to the long-term growth and success of tvScientific.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the prospecting, qualification, and closing of new affiliate CPA client accounts, targeting high-value opportunities and key industry players.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, presenting tailored solutions and articulating the value of tvScientific’s platform to meet client objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and new clients, ensuring a seamless handoff to the account management team post-sale.
  • Develop a strategic approach to building a robust sales pipeline, leveraging your knowledge of the affiliate marketing ecosystem and market trends to uncover opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Account Management, Product, and Support, to ensure successful onboarding and campaign execution for new clients.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client needs, industry trends, and competitors to position tvScientific as the preferred partner for performance marketing solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the affiliate CPA team.
  • Participate in high-level sales presentations, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand tvScientific’s market presence.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate sales or account management, with a proven track record in the performance marketing space.
  • Extensive experience in closing high-value affiliate CPA deals and managing complex client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem, performance marketing principles, and the digital media landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close large-scale deals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a history of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple opportunities and priorities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • You May Also Have
    • An MBA or advanced degree in business or related field.
    • Experience working with enterprise-level clients or managing large, complex affiliate networks.
    • Certifications or specialized training in performance marketing, affiliate marketing platforms, or digital advertising.
    • A strong network within the affiliate marketing industry and related verticals.
