Job Summary

As a Senior Account Executive at Advanced Wireless Network Company Limited, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with key enterprise clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.

Job Description

* Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Advanced Wireless Network Company Limited's products and services.
* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and target new enterprise clients.
* Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored solutions that address client challenges and leverage Advanced Wireless Network Company Limited's advanced wireless technologies.
* Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and timely closure of deals.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales engineering, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regular reporting on sales activities and account status.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies in the wireless networking sector.
* Represent Advanced Wireless Network Company Limited at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding quotas in the telecommunications or wireless technology industry.
* Demonstrated expertise in selling complex wireless network solutions (e.g., 5G, IoT, private networks, enterprise Wi-Fi).
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client business needs and articulate value propositions effectively.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
* Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
