Job Description: Senior Account Administrator
The Senior Account Administrator leads complex account administration activities, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence. This role manages high-impact contracts, oversees colocation projects, and drives process improvements across regions. The position requires advanced knowledge of contract management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff while collaborating with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major client accounts, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
- Manage complex contract amendments and colocation requests, including risk assessment and resolution of issues.
- Lead preparation of detailed and executive-level reports, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Oversee FCU and RFI processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution across multiple regions.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in operational workflows and recommend strategic solutions.
- Coordinate with internal and regional teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure seamless execution of processes.
- Mentor and guide junior administrators, providing training and best practices for account management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives related to resource sharing and infrastructure optimization.
Job Requirements
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years in account administration, contract management, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex contracts and leading process improvement initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of contract administration and amendment processes.
- Familiarity with colocation operations and internal workflow coordination.
- Proficiency in using administrative portals and tracking tools (e.g., Collo Portal).
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for client and team interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on outstanding tasks with regional and internal teams.
Additional Assets
- Experience preparing reports for senior management.
- Knowledge of FCU and RFI processes is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze operational data and recommend process improvements.
