As a Rich Media Designer, you’ll bring creativity and technical savvy together to design interactive and animated digital assets that amplify brand campaigns and drive engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and development teams to shape everything from interactive banners and social content to immersive online experiences. Your designs help iconic brands connect with their audiences in fresh, innovative ways. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work.

Responsibilities:

  • Design visually compelling, interactive rich media assets (including banners, display ads, interactive social posts, and email creatives)
  • Work closely with motion designers, developers, and creative teams to ensure seamless translation of concepts into digital experiences
  • Prepare design files and assets for animation and development, adhering to specifications and optimizing for performance across devices
  • Clearly execute and uphold brand guidelines across all digital deliverables
  • Iterate quickly in response to customer feedback and evolving campaign needs
  • Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions, contributing innovative ideas for engaging digital experiences
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital rich media and interactive design
  • Maintain organized working files and clear documentation for smooth handoffs to production or development teams

About You

The essentials:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio of interactive and rich media work
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Sketch); familiarity with animation tools (After Effects or Google Web Designer) is a plus
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for interactive media
  • Experience designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, social) and responsive environments
  • Detail-oriented with excellent typographic, layout, and color skills
  • Collaborative spirit, excellent communication, and a positive, customer-centric approach
  • Able to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing deadlines, and maintain high standards under pressure

Not a Must but a Plus:

  • Experience designing interactive content for food, beverage, or CPG brands—or a particular passion for. elevating household brands through digital storytelling.
  • Experience working with AI and automation platforms and tools
