  • Participate in internal reviews, refining work based on feedback and upholding high craft standards.
  • Assist in presenting work during internal or client-facing meetings, clearly articulating creative ideas and rationale.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects move forward smoothly and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborate with global teams across different time zones when needed.
  • Contribute positively to team culture, embracing collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in design and/or art direction within advertising, marketing, or creative studios.
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to generate ideas and translate them into clear visual executions.
  • Experience collaborating with copywriters and creative leads on concept-driven work.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and thoughtfully, both internally and (with support) to clients.
  • Solid understanding of branding and visual systems, with experience working within or helping build style guides.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
  • A digital-first mindset, with experience creating work across formats such as social, digital campaigns, and video.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and collaboration tools like Slack.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong concepts, visual craft, and versatility across platforms.

Your Work Style

  • Concept-focused, curious, and motivated by strong ideas and creative problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented, with a growing commitment to high craft and visual precision.
  • Proactive and adaptable, comfortable handling quick turnarounds in a collaborative environment.
  • Open to feedback and eager to iterate, learn, and improve.
  • Organized and reliable, able to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
