Security Systems Project Manager

New Jersey Full Time
Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Security Systems Project Manager for Netflix.

The Security Systems Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, multi-year security systems deployment for a major new construction project in New Jersey. This is a dedicated role focused exclusively on one complex, high-visibility build requiring strong executive presence, technical expertise, and hands-on leadership.

This individual will oversee the design, coordination, installation, and commissioning of fully integrated security technologies including access control, video management systems, intercom, intrusion detection, and related infrastructure. The Project Manager will develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery aligned with client expectations and company standards. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional coordination across engineering, construction, vendors, and client stakeholders; managing bid processes and change orders; overseeing onsite installation activities; and ensuring all systems are properly tested, commissioned, and documented. The Project Manager will maintain full ownership of project documentation including drawings, submittals, warranties, and closeout packages.

This role requires residence within commuting distance of the New Jersey project site, with regular onsite presence throughout the build lifecycle. This is a full time position with competitive benefits.

- Serve as security’s primary point of coordination for all project stakeholders (Workplace, AV, Program Delivery, IT/Network, Security Operations, GC, and integrators) to align on project scope, schedule, and execution strategy.
- Oversee all system testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure operational readiness, complete documentation, and client sign-off.
- Monitor project performance, financials, and risk, including schedule and cost variances, and implement structured change management processes as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the multi-year project lifecycle.

- Experience on high-profile, large-scale, long-term builds is required.
- Studio production, entertainment, or technology industry experience is a plus.
