Job Description  

What is the job about? Enter the overall description of your job. 

Reporting to the Assistant Manager Security this position will be based on Desroches Island  

 

  • Overseeing the security team day to day and maintaining all the log books, records and formulating relevant reports in the security department. 

  • Answering telephone calls, monitoring CCTV system and the fire alarm system, taking action as necessary. 

  • Actively coordinating & taking part in Fire drills. 

  • Keeping the guest room` information confidential, following up with guest room procedures, dealing with VIPs. 

  • Training the Security Officers to fulfill their role and atiung in harge in absence of Assistant Manager Security 

  • Detecting and removing safety or fire hazards in the resort while informing relevant department. 

  • Inspect all the fire and safety equipment throughout resort, ie: first aid boxes, fire extinguishers etc. 

  • Control all guest and staff movements throughout the resort by applying appropriate procedures and customer skills. 

  • Conduct regular checks in the resort-stations that supply villas and residences. 

  • Host the Health and Safety Meetings
