MSS security is seeking full time security officers relievers to work across our sites around across multiple sites in Brisbane CBD and surrounding areas. This role offers variety and flexibility, with responsibilities including static guarding, foot patrols, and control room/concierge duties.
While previous security experience is preferred, if you have a strong customer service background and a can do attitude, we will provide full training to help you succeed. We’ll provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Availability to work across multiple sites in the Brisbane CBD
Perform regular foot patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
Deliver customer service duties, including concierge support and greeting guests and clients.
Monitor CCTV footage and respond to alarms, unauthorised access, and potential security breaches.
Manage building access by checking IDs, creating access passes, and authorising entry.
Skills & Experience
Full Australian Working Rights
QLD Security License
Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher)
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Drivers License
Customer service experience
24*7 availability including weekends
Master licence: 41299
