Security Officer
Location: Hat Yai International Airport (HDY)

ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Security Officer at Thai AirAsia, you will ensure the safety and security of passengers, staff, aircraft, and facilities. You will perform aviation security (AVSEC) duties in accordance with regulatory standards and support smooth and secure airport operations.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Perform all aviation security duties required for Thai AirAsia operations.
Conduct screening of passengers, baggage, and airport access points with accuracy and compliance.
Ensure strict adherence to security regulations, SOPs, and operational standards.
Control access to restricted areas and protect Thai AirAsia’s assets and facilities.
Prepare accurate incident reports and escalate serious matters to the Security Team Leader.
Coordinate with internal departments on security-related issues to support smooth operations.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in aviation security or related security fields (preferred).
Basic proficiency in English communication and writing.
Ability to work in dynamic, demanding, and shift-based environments.
Able to meet the physical and sensory requirements needed to perform security duties safely.
Must pass extensive background checks (criminal record, personal references).
Ability to drive a manual-transmission vehicle.
