About the role

Security Officer actively participates in the day-to-day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.

Patrol and monitor premises
Access Control and Visitor Management
Respond to Emergencies and Incidents
Guest and Employee Assistance
Surveillance Monitoring
Incident Reporting and Documentation
Enforcement of Policies and Procedures
Loss Prevention and Asset Protection
Participation in Training and Drills

What you bring

Calm, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor, even under pressure.
Additional coursework or certifications in criminal justice, security management, or hospitality is a plus.
Familiarity with emergency response, access control, and guest service in a hotel setting is highly desirable.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is required.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
