Security Metrics & Reporting Analyst

Position Purpose:
Supports the Security Culture, Training and Awareness (SCTA) team by turning program data into decision-ready insights for leaders and stakeholders. Defines, builds, and maintains repeatable metrics and KPI reporting (e.g., awareness campaign performance, training completion, phishing simulation results, and policy/learning engagement) through dashboards, scorecards, and presentations. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, standardize metric definitions, and improve data quality and automation. Manages the SCTA SharePoint reporting and content repository to ensure secure access, clear information architecture, version control, and lifecycle management of reporting artifacts and program resources.

• Design, develop, and maintain executive-ready reports and interactive dashboards (e.g., scorecards and trend views) using Microsoft Power Automate tools, Excel, and Smartsheet.
• Serve as the reporting repository and content governance owner for SCTA SharePoint sites, ensuring appropriate information architecture, version control, permissions/access controls, and retention/lifecycle management. Enable secure self-service access to approved dashboards, metric definitions, and program resources for internal stakeholders.
• Acquire, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources; implement recurring data quality checks (completeness, accuracy, timeliness) and reduce manual reporting through automation where possible.
• Maintain documentation for reporting products, including data sources, metric definitions, refresh schedules, and change history to support transparency, auditability, and continuity.
• Support leaders by delivering clear presentations and narratives on security culture performance, risks and trends, accomplishments, key initiatives, and actionable recommendations based on metrics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data/Business Analytics, Communications, Marketing, Adult Education, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience required.
2+ years Security, risk, compliance, analytics/reporting, or a related field, including owning multiple dashboards/reports used by leaders (from requirements through launch, adoption, and ongoing maintenance) and demonstrating measurable outcomes required.

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate tools (including data modeling and measures), Excel, and data preparation.

Ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences.

Experience establishing KPI definitions/metric glossaries and basic data governance practices (access control, documentation, retention).
 

Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year
