Key responsibilities:
Lead Area/Cluster Security and BC related work including customer S&BC requirements.
Provide S&BC leadership across the sites/locations and local S&R communities, business leaders and customers (incl. KCMs).
Rollout the S&BR standardization and management framework related to Duty of care and to MCL/TbM/MGFE making sure they are adequately implemented (quality), monitored for effect (impact) and that external regulations (C-TPAT, TAPA, IATA, AEO, etc.) are adhered to.
Mentor and upskill people and business leaders across cluster.
Lead and monitor S&BR execution through cluster and functional buy-in. This to include support of test and initiatives for improved Security and LP.
Conduct Foresight/Predict threat assessments towards people and sites/locations including loss trends, new business proposals and other potential business threats and risks and deliver fact-based risk mitigation advise.
Ensure that Duty of Care (DoC) Security is introduced, implemented and monitored. This to include travel e-learning, high-risk travel/relocation by foreign nationals and residence security protocols and quality.
Ensure that Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plan and Crisis Management plans are introduced, tested and complied with.
Update security performance dashboards and reports as required by regional and HQ management teams
Support Illicit Cargo and Contraband work as per the Special Operations team. Ensure compliance to processes and procedures on this matter.
We are looking for:
6+ years’ experience in Security at country/countries or Area or global level
4+ years in Business Continuity at country/countries or Area or global level
At least 3 years of experience as Security Manager.
Education/certification in S&BC management, risk management and/or emergency/crisis management
Strategic business partner with interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with business partners
Ability to provide inspirational leadership to create top and bottom-line growth
English proficiency
