WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
A Security Manager is responsible for protecting an organization’s assets, personnel, and infrastructure by developing and overseeing security policies, procedures, and teams.
Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to safeguard physical and digital assets.
Manage budgets for security operations and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel, including guards and officers.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders during incidents or investigations.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and industry-specific regulations regarding safety and security.
Monitor surveillance systems and access control to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field
Minimum 5+ years’ working experience in security operations or law enforcement.
Full professional fluency in English is required for this position.
Knowledge of security technology, including CCTV, alarm systems, and cybersecurity basics.
Experience in developing and monitoring a Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
Experience in CTPAT protocols.
OEA - Experience in this certification with a focus on Safety: Implementation of robust security measures throughout the supply chain, from physical security to personnel and process control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
