Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Security Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Security Director, this role will be responsible for the regional Security Operations Center, overseeing monitoring centers, risk management, and social media monitoring, as well as leading intelligence reporting

What a typical day looks like:

• Development and planning of security programs including physical security, asset control and protection, logistics and transportation security, travel security, executive protection, information security including partnering with IT on cyber security and following online sales of assets, and local intelligence of external impacts.  
• Management of security programs for assigned sites, perform and publish threat and vulnerability assessments, physical security surveys and designs, personal protection awareness and travel briefings, periodic threat advisories, route and destination surveys, and protective service assessment and operations. 
• Perform investigations involving allegations falling within Corporate Security's responsibilities including burglary, theft, in-transit shortages, crimes against persons and property, and business abuse. 
• Manages fraud, waste and abuse reporting and information reward program. 
• Maintains strong partnerships with customer security service providers, site management and law enforcement. 
• Responsible for criminal intelligence collection and analysis. 
• Administers counter-terrorism and counter-espionage programs. 
• Supports Flex’s marketing efforts by conducting site visits with customer security representatives.   
• Directs the activities of contract site security officers and other contracted security providers. 
• Maintains metrics and awareness programs. 

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 8+ years of experience performing a similar role in security and monitoring centers.
• Proficient in MS Office package
• English fluency (Intermediate at least)
• Experience with intelligence analysis reports is a must.
