JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS A:
Security Manager (Enforcement)
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Manage and direct intelligence, collation on all criminal, fraudulent, human smuggling, drug trafficking / abuse amongst staff and acts of unlawful interference.
Direct and investigate alleged breaches to identify and improve compliance to prevent loss or concerns for the Company.
Establish a strong network with Embassies and other enforcement, criminal, counter terrorism and intelligence agencies.
Maintaining a high level of knowledge in the processes, system and controls within assigned areas to promote the sharing of best practices across the organization.
Prevent any dilution of Company’s revenue and potential incurrence of fines. Functional Duties
Evaluate and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of resources in Investigation, Travel Document Profiling Team, and Special Action Team.
Manage all investigations on acts of staff misconducts and submit recommendations to the People Department for appropriate disciplinary actions.
Implement Blacklisting Policy of the Company to forbid carriage of guests for security and safety reasons.
Support the Group Head, Security in investigating and assessing security incidents.
Develop and present facts of cases by analysing the evidence and recommending appropriate action at the conclusion of all investigations.
Provide recommendation of any loopholes or business processes gaps identified during the course of investigation to safeguard the interest of the Company.
Develop annual plan and budget developments for sub-department to align with department-wide’s strategy including ensure budget adherence to the approved budget.
Lead SOPs development and amendment to ensure all SOPs align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Track operating progress and result against annual plan and KPIs to ensure targets are met; develop action plans as needed.
Lead the identification of innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop, evaluate and exploit intelligence in order to provide reliable evidence to support enforcement agencies in curbing criminal, terrorist and other unlawful activities that affect Company’s interest.
Has authority to make decisions related to Security Enforcement matters after consulting the Group Head of Security.
