Job Title: Security Manager, EMEA Region
Reports To: Vice President, Global Head of Security
Department: Global Security
Location: London, UK or Paris, France based.


A little bit about our team:
You will be reporting to the Global Head of Security and working with team members globally. You will work closely with stakeholders across business lines and others including internal and external stakeholders in the US and abroad to support building operations, events, employee protection, and other security objectives and initiatives. Our team is designed to imagine, create,

Your role:
Music is Everything. You will have the opportunity to support, lead, develop, and implement standards for all aspects of physical security including building security, live events, regional investigations/intelligence, threat assessments, crisis management, security risk mitigation, and others to support and protect the fascinating world of Warner Music.

Here you’ll get to:
● You will be the lead in your region for the development, implementation, improvement, and management of all physical security systems, operations, compliance, programs, plans, projects, policies, standards, and procedures.
● You will oversee day-to-day management of security operations including security systems and team members in your region and other areas as needed.
● You will represent the region in security incident and crisis management efforts including crisis management planning, response, and continuity support.

● You will assist in other areas of emergency management and response as needed.
● You will conduct training exercises with local security officers and ensure they are properly trained.
● You will lead the region's security metrics review and perform proactive threat and risk assessments and monitoring of facilities, events, security technology, and methods/techniques.
● You will mitigate security risk findings using appropriate strategic and tactical solutions.
● You will maintain relationships with necessary government agencies to include local, national, and international law enforcement and other public agencies/entities, industry peers, and security service vendors to support security objectives.
● You will work with internal Investigations & Intelligence to develop and maintain an active intelligence effort to identify threats in areas of responsibility including physical territories and entertainment/music industry.
● You will support executive and employee protection functions and assist with necessary personnel threat mitigation.
● You will serve in an advisory role for regional leaders on relevant issues.
● You will work with regional business leaders to understand and service security-related issues and functions.
● You will work closely with key stakeholders including WMG’s various business units, Workplace Experience, Human Resources, Legal, Communications, Global Technology, property management teams, contractors, and vendors to achieve security objectives.
● You will conduct necessary investigations to support various business functions.
● You will lead local security RFP efforts with negotiation, selection, and placement of qualified security contractors.
● You will ensure quality control mechanisms are in place for security contract compliance.
● You will work with internal and external project stakeholders (including various construction-related trades) for relocations, renovations, expansions, decommissions, and other security-related efforts.

About you:
● You have the US-equivalent of a bachelor's degree in business, criminal justice, public safety, facilities management, or related discipline.
● You have 10+ years of strong corporate security experience of increasing responsibility, including leadership roles and program management experience or law enforcement or military equivalent.

● You have a strong understanding of physical security principles, investigative
methodologies, crisis management and working knowledge of security equipment and software as it relates to access control, cameras, intrusion detection systems, fire/life safety systems.
● You have security risk assessment experience.
● You have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
● You are well organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task.
● You have high ethical standards.
● You possess sound judgment, discretion, and ability to balance competing interests.

● Bilingual in English and French.
● Law enforcement experience.
● Cyber investigation experience.
● Events-related experience.
● Security industry recognized certifications.
