Northrop Grumman is seeking a Security Coordinator to support the control room for the Security Operations Center.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Supporting multiple locations and a fast-paced environment.
Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal customers.
Meticulous record-keeping and responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets.
Processes security information and data collection.
The SOC position requires strong technical knowledge and experience with security monitoring center environment, tools and incident management situations.
Strong communicator, both written & verbal.
Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, management, and clients both orally and in writing.
Coordinate service calls on all related equipment CCTV, alarm systems, safes, locking systems etc..
Utilize automated monitoring equipment for fire and intrusion alarm signals received from company owned buildings 24/7/365.
Dispatching resources, and access control activities in and around secure facilities, and must be willing and able to work variable shifts if necessary (afternoons, evenings, and possibly weekends).
Experience with CCTV, Access Control Systems, and Radio Dispatching.
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experience.
Current Active interim Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret Clearance.
Ability to work swing shift, scheduled position covering 24x7 operations with all shifts being worked to include weekends, holidays and mandatory overtime.
3+ years of expense using CCTV and Access Control Systems.
Excellent communications skills.
Candidate must be organized and efficient at time management.
Candidate must have experience with computer and desktop.
Microsoft office software products (Word, Excel etc...).
Candidate must have good customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with (VMS) Milestone, (IDS) Mastermind, (ADS) Lenel/OnGuard.
Primary Level Salary Range: $58,300.00 - $97,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
