Northrop Grumman is seeking a Security Coordinator 4 to support the Sentinel Personnel Security (PERSEC) team in Roy, UT.
The responsibilities may include but will not be limited to the following:
Execute Personnel Security (PERSEC) duties across multiple locations; review and process documentation required for the Special Access Program (SAP) nomination process
Maintain PERSEC databases
Prepare paperwork for program indoctrination briefings and debriefings
Access, review, and submit clearance and access information across multiple databases
Guide SAP candidates in the completion of their SAP nomination paperwork
Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal customers.
Meticulous record-keeping and data entry across multiple databases/information repositories
Maintain controlled security documents and information
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experience
Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need with an investigation date within the last 6 years
Experienced with Microsoft office software products (Word, Excel, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DoDM 5205.07 Special Access Program Security Manual
Proficient with SIMS and/or Government Security Databases
Completed security training (ex. CDSE)
Working knowledge of the SIMD, DISS, and/or JADE databases
Basic knowledge of access controls and security systems
Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in a variety of program areas
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Excellent communication skills, speaking, writing skills and organizational skills enabling effective communications and customer service skills
