About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Research Associate
Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) business delivers a comprehensive suite of corporate banking, investment banking, lending, servicing, sales and trading solutions to corporate, government, institutional and commercial real estate clients. Within Corporate and Investment banking, teams in I&P work on supporting clients through dedicated industry and specialty sector coverage teams and across large and mid-market M&A, Corporate Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance and Equity market transactions.
The role involves working closely with the US Corporate Banking team and supporting them on credit appraisals, credit memos, credit reports or annual credit reviews for corporate clients. The support would entail tracking portfolio companies and updating quarterly and annual earnings performance, preparing market or sector updates, company research, tracking credit rating reports or equity reports, historical financial analysis, industry / peer analysis and working on credit memos, credit reports or annual review report components that would form part of the Corporate Finance or Capital Market transactions. There would with significant opportunities to learn, develop and work as an integral member of I&P CIB Corporate Banking business.

2+ years of Securities Research experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
