About the Role
As the Asset Setup and Valuation Manager, you will assume full leadership and supervisory responsibility, guiding your team with critical operational and service direction. You will apply your in-depth disciplinary knowledge in asset setup and valuation to provide value-added perspectives, driving innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement within our processes. This role involves close collaboration with our Change Management and Technology teams to develop and implement new initiatives, including RPA solutions and strategic plans, directly influencing the overall performance and effectiveness of the Operations function.
You will be expected to take full accountability for the volume, quality, and timeliness of your team's deliverables, ensuring that high standards of execution are consistently met. A core responsibility is fostering a high-performance culture by actively motivating and supporting the continuous professional development of team members. Leading by example, you will champion ownership and accountability. Furthermore, you will manage all facets of employee relations, encompassing performance evaluations, compensation reviews, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations, while effectively overseeing daily tasks and responsibilities to achieve efficient workflow and strategic goals.
This critical position requires demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity, coupled with profound knowledge relevant to asset setup and valuation. Exceptional communication and diplomacy skills are paramount for effective engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. A proven ability to co-partner effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly within Change Management and Technology, is essential, alongside robust organizational skills necessary for managing multiple priorities and complex workflows.
