  • Work closely with depot teams, senior leaders, and external partners
  • Help keep projects on track by monitoring deadlines and updates
  • Handle all information with care and confidentiality

About You

You may well have experience already of working as a Personal Assistant so you will already know that the role can be varied, will require you to think ahead and take the initiative as you confidently deal with competing priorities all while being calm, positive, professional and respecting the confidentiality that comes with supporting Directors.  To be successful in the role we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

  • How you are naturally organised, with great attention to detail
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with different people
  • Comfortable in a fast‑moving, operational environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools
