THE JOB:
As a Parking Attendant, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience and create WOW memories they will carry long after their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services
Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest’s vehicle for their departure
Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid
Report issues and/or potential problems to security or the immediate supervisor to avoid traffic congestion and delays at the valet entrance
Assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion
Answer guest questions about hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions
Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty
Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation
Assist bell persons with the movement of luggage as necessary
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Preferred High School Diploma or GED
Preferred 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$12.82
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
