Are you passionate about Spa and Wellness? Do you thrive in a customer-focused environment? We are seeking a friendly, responsible, and energetic Seasonal Spa Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will warmly welcome guests and ensure the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all spa facilities, including but not limited to locker rooms, spa pools, lounges, relaxation areas, and fitness spaces to the highest Four Seasons standards.

Responsibilities includes:

  • Welcomes and assists guests upon arrival, providing an orientation of all spa and fitness facilities. Assigns lockers, explains amenities, and ensures guests feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. Offers refreshments and assistance after treatments.

  • Maintains the cleanliness and organization of all spa areas including locker rooms, pools, lounges, and relaxation spaces—by collecting & restocking towels, sanitizing surfaces, mopping wet areas, and restocking supplies. Handles linen transport to and from the Laundry Department as needed.

  • Monitors and replenishes guest amenities, towels, and linens across all spa and fitness areas, ensuring every space remains immaculate, inviting, and well-prepared for guests.

    Completes opening and closing checklists, inspecting all areas for cleanliness, stock levels, and maintenance needs, and promptly reports any issues.

  • Assists with the setup and breakdown of daily fitness classes, ensuring equipment and spaces meet safety and cleanliness standards.

  • Support team as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.

    Adheres to Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact, maintaining professionalism and a service-oriented attitude at all times

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality setting is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, customer-focused attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • First Aid certification is a plus

  • Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up over 50lbs

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed
