The HR Coordinator serves as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and supports the development of HR policies and procedures. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role. The HR Coordinator collaborates closely with HR management and other departments to foster a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement and retention.
