THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Costumed Beverage Server to expedite guests' drink orders and provide beverage and bus service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.
THE STARTING RATE:
$11.50 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests
Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables, and POS station
Perform on-stage in comedy act, photo-shoots and other marketing events for purpose of developing and marketing the brand, attend activities outside of venue
Actively use social media to engage the guest in an immersive and interactive experience
Collect money and follow all proper cash handling and comp procedures
Focus on the development of a personal clientele list
Maintain assigned wardrobe and/or costumes in accordance with established standard
Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
Assist management with training and mentoring new employees as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays, required
Two (2) years’ experience as a cocktail server in a similar high-volume bar or nightclub, preferred

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$11.50
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
