This is a seasonal/part-time entry level, role assigned responsibilities involving the care and cleaning of lodge property and setting up for banquet events. Key duties include cleaning floors (vacuuming/mopping), sanitizing restrooms, managing trash, and responding to guest requests. They ensure high-touch areas meet hygiene standards and report maintenance issues, often working flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Public Area Maintenance: Deep cleaning lobby areas, public restrooms, elevators, hallways, event spaces, and office areas.
Sanitization: Disinfecting high-touch areas and restrooms to meet safety standards.
Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and polishing floors.
Trash Removal: Emptying trash cans throughout the facility and disposing of refuse, including heavy items.
Supplies Inventory: Restocking restrooms and public areas with supplies, maintaining front desk supplies, restocking pool towels and keeping up with janitor closets.
Maintenance Support: Reporting broken items (e.g., lights, plumbing) and assisting with minor facility repairs when able.
Guest Service: Responding to guest requests for items like towels or pillows.
Banquet Set ups: Complete event set-up for groups which includes tables, chairs and linens, Understand and identify the requirements for each event, Provide assistance during event operations, Troubleshoot issues that may come up at events and act quickly and/or consult management to resolve problems, Respond to requests during events including set-up and trash as well as linen and audiovisual needs.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to perform tasks that involve regular bending, stooping, squatting, walking and lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Some locations will require a valid Driver’s License.
