About the role

  • Operational Management:
    • Weekly 1:1s with managers
    • Weekly team results review
    • Review Campaigns status and performance
    • Ensure leads’ quality and availability
    • Manage internal issues, bottlenecks and collaboration
    • Align with SC-leadership on leads and content
  • Execute the Strategy locally
    • Manage cadences and campaigns performance – Identify best conversion rates
    • Product prioritization and seasonal campaigns
    • Review of regional strategy with SDR Managers and RSMs
      • Ensure implementation and execution of clear steps requested by sales reps and managers
    • Provide feedback and align strategy with Sales Specialists and Support Coordinators
  • Launch and manage upsell and net-new campaigns
    • Review cadences’ content and targeted personas - provide input
    • Ensure data integrity ton proper track lead sources (Existing / Net New)
    • Increase acquisition of Net New customers
    • Collaborate with retention managers to support renewals, reduce Book of Business attrition and generate upsells/cross-sells.

About you

  • Serve as SPOC for RSMs: coordinate account prioritization and manage funnel stage expectations
    • Monthly or Bi-weekly 1:1s with RSMs to ensure alignment on strategy, execution of campaigns, address concerns and gaps, provide and receive feedback for the team to pivot from
    • Bi-weekly performance updates and monthly results reporting
      • Provide detail on territory (AM) level and product gains, acquisition or expansion sales
  • Translate paybooks into daily cadences
    • Tactical operation and execution of SDR Director and Sales Leadership built strategy
    • Review daily team activities at manager-level to ensure compliance in process
    • Identify strengths and gaps in playbooks, provide feedback and input to leadership for adjustments
  • Own daily/weekly pipeline creation and monitor quality of meetings
    • Review pipeline creation
    • Follow up on open opportunities and track pipeline performance
    • Provide forecast on created and closing pipeline Monthly/quarterly
    • Pipeline quality review and maintain salesforce hygene
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management of the SDR team
    • Interview SDR and manager candidates
    • Provide input for onboarding
    • Review and execute performance management with SDR leaders
    • Identify skill gaps and other team needs to plan and execute workshops (Continuous Learning)
    • Identify key talent to scale best practices and create a pool of future leaders
  • Gather results daily and review them with the managers
    • Monitor daily performance and results
    • Review with SDR Managers on weekly basis and create action plans for outliers
