- Manage and optimize operational systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide expertise in specialized fields, maintaining an in-depth understanding of market dynamics and team practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive synergy and operational success.
- Accountable for maintaining, supporting and exchange of information and information centre i.e., SharePoint Site, Serena Project Management Tool, ADO, Ariba, Communication Emails among multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Assisted team members and stakeholders by guiding them through the Project related reports, processes, and tools.
- Actively involved in the discussion with the teammates to assist in contributing to team initiatives, prioritizing tasks, resolving issues, adaptability of new processes, innovating new ways of fulfilling the tasks.
- Hosts Project Management meetings on daily, weekly, and monthly basis with the team members on the open action items along with meetings with the leadership to provide updates and the status on the multiple stages of the projects.
- Take ownership of system performance, with a focus on delivering results and managing resources efficiently.
- Operate with autonomy, offering little need for supervision, while driving initiatives to completion.
- Conduct detailed analysis, applying findings to improve functional operations and providing actionable recommendations.
- Lead and inspire teams to align with S&P Global's purpose and values, embedding these principles in day-to-day work.
- Advise on and influence decision-making through well-researched analysis and data-driven insights.
- Facilitate PI Planning and ART events and processes, supporting teams and optimizing ART Flow of value.
- Support PI execution by tracking progress, facilitating periodic synchronization events, support ART backlog refinement, promote DevOps and continuous delivery, and coordinate planning efforts with other ARTs and/or stakeholders.
- Act as Servant leader and coach the ART, fostering Lean-Agile mindsets and practices, collaboration, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
- Optimize Flow by ensuring smooth flow of value, establishing ART flow measures, accelerating flow, facilitating value stream mapping, and reducing/eliminating cross-team dependencies.
Key Competencies:
- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead and oversee all phases of traditional project lifecycles, including project planning, scope definition, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management. Define clear project objectives, deliverables, and timelines that align with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. Monitor project progress, using appropriate tools and methodologies to track milestones, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of project goals while effectively managing stakeholder communication and expectations. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and change requests.
- Agile Release Train (ART) Facilitation: Facilitate and manage key ART events, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and System Demos, ensuring coordination across agile teams. Track and ensure the completion of program increments, optimizing delivery cadence and managing key metrics for transparency and continuous improvement.
- Agile Coaching and Support: Coach and support Scrum teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in implementing agile principles and best practices to enhance delivery and team performance. Also Act as a servant leader by removing impediments, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, and promoting innovation.
- Program Risk and Dependency Management: Manage program-level risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure alignment with the ART roadmap and maintain a steady flow of value across the program.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead both traditional and agile teams, alignment, and a shared sense of purpose.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project goals, progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and experience facilitating large-scale Agile initiatives, while promoting an Agile mindset.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, while balancing long-term strategy with iterative, short-term deliveries.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments across projects and Agile Release Trains, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual with the ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in both traditional and agile environments, ensuring successful outcomes through collaboration, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Technology Infrastructure or software development life cycle (SDLC); understand other engineering processes and methodologies and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise.
- Proven experience in both traditional project management and Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe, with experience in managing Agile Release Trains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating large events/meetings with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to eliminate cross-team or cross-stakeholder dependencies and to escalate/mitigate risks to help multiple teams deliver value for our customers.
- Emotional intelligence, level-headed diplomat, skilled listener, and clear communicator, with strong empathy traits, able to remain objective and constructive in all situations.
- A Lean-Agile mindset and servant-leadership that supports the ART/teams in being self-organizing and sustains trust at all levels across the organization.
- Ability to facilitate constructive debate and resolve disagreements and conflicts constructively; supports teams in problem identification and decision-making.
- Proven willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand work environment.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Technology, or Operations. Certified SAFe RTE, Scrum Master, CSM, A-CSM, or equivalents preferred.
- Total 5+ years of experience with a strong track record (2+ years) of Project Management or Scrum Master experience for internal Products in high-growth environments.
- Domain knowledge is a big plus: Knowledge of various engineering processes and methods (Infrastructure, Operations, Software Engineering), knowledge of Agile practices or certification and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/Enterprise. Prior experience with ADO, JIRA, etc will be helpful.
