What success looks like in this role:
• Supports and/or performs various solution delivery functions including:
o Leading / facilitating team meetings and events,
o Assisting with managing backlogs, and planning of sprints
o Tracking team progress, and
o Supporting creatin and communication of team metrics.
• Provides support in preparation and readiness for team or cross-team feature alignment / planning events.
• Supports tracking issues and impediments.
• Learns and applies the industry standard and Unisys Agile and related solution development methodologies.
• Supports special projects as assigned.
• Working knowledge of Agile tools ServiceNow, Freshworks, EasyVista
• May be certified as PSD, CSD, CSM or PSM1 or SAFe® Agilist.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
