Job Description

Scrum Master

Location : Pune

As a Scrum Master at Rockwell Automation, you will play an important role in guiding agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This position requires a passion for agile methodologies.

This role reports to the Software Team Lead and is located in Pune, India.

What you will do

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for agile teams.
• Coach team members on agile principles, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating issues as needed.
• Track and report on team progress, quality metrics, and sprint outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in both agile practices and quality assurance processes.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in a software development environment
• Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification
• Experience working with distributed or global teams
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence or similar agile tools
